SSM error codes
The following errors can occur while trying to play encrypted content with SSM enabled.

The following error codes are not generated by the player but are generated by the SSM server and are passed to the player as extras. For more information about the extra codes, see Secure Session Manager (SSM).

| 1003 | Invalid authentication token. |
| 1004 | Invalid expiration time. |
| 1005 | Tenant ID mismatch. |
| 1006 | Invalid token. |
| 1007 | Max active sessions are exceeded. |
| 1008 | Session management is disabled. |
| 1009 | Device account mismatch. |
| 1011 | Bad request. |
| 1012 | Credential key not available. |
| 1017 | Invalid external session ID length (>256). |
| 1018 | External sesExternal session ID already in use, session ID already in use. |
| 3001 | Unknown account. |
| 3004 | Unknown device. |
| 4000 | Internal error. |
| 4001 | SSM is not available. |
