Provide a preferred language for audio/subtitle tracks

To override the default behaviour for audio/subtitle track selection, a preferred language can be provided via an IETF BCP 47 tag through the OTVPlayerConfiguration.setPreferredAudioLanguage() and OTVPlayerConfiguration.setPreferredTextLanguage() APIs.
