Quality of Experience Dashboard
The Quality of Experience Dashboard consists of four main sections: Overview, Error, Video Quality, and Networking:
- The Overview section provides an overview of the video streaming service's performance by displaying eight key performance indicators (KPIs), two error statistics charts, and two device-related tables.
- The Error section displays one line chart, two bar charts, and three tables providing the error related information.
- The Video Quality section consists of Video Quality related KPIs and one line chart that displays the KPI figures related to video quality compared to the active users count.
The Networking section also consists of Networking related KPIs and one line chart that displays the KPI figures related to networking compared to the active users count.
All the dashboards can be filtered by eight different criteria: content type, connection type, content quality, application name, platform, corp, node, and date. (Currently available filters are content type and platform.)
