PRI API reference

The PRI Adapter requirements needed the following APIs exposed for their specific operations for capture:

GET /cxf/pri/v1/capturedassets/{id}
POST /cxf/pri/v1/capturedassets
PUT /cxf/pri/v1/capturedassets/{id}
DELETE /cxf/pri/v1/capturedassets/{id}
POST /cxf/pri/v1/packagedassets
