DVB/IPTV/OTT converged security
This feature is all about enabling content and service protection seamlessly across connected DVB, IPTV multicast, and OTT unicast networks. This is mainly interesting for traditional Pay-TV Operators like satellite, cable, and telco companies that are commercializing Pay-TV services across multiple networks and looking for full consistency and simplicity in managing access controls.
SSP as a single platform brings security in a converged way to all the different networks. Which means Pay-TV operators no longer need to run a separate security platform per network – which is expensive, not consistent, and operationally complex.
