Locking and unlocking user accounts

Locking accounts

To lock a user account, on the System Users list page, select the relevant user and select

Lock Account from the 
menu.

To lock multiple user accounts, on the System Users list page, select the relevant users, and in the banner click LOCK USERS.

Locked accounts are shown with the 

badge appended to the user's initials.

Unlocking accounts

To unlock a user account, on the System Users list page, select the relevant user and select 

Unlock Account from the 
menu.

To unlock multiple user accounts, on the System Users list page, select the relevant users, and in the banner click UNLOCK USERS.

Resetting a one-time password

If multi-factor authentication is enabled for an account, use this to reset a user's one-time password.

On the System Users list page, select the relevant user and select 

Reset TOTP from the 
menu.

At the next log-in, the user will need to reconfigure multi-factor authentication.
