Editing Editorial information
Many of the details are added automatically when content is ingested. Different editorial information can be added for a series, season or content item; see also Series and seasons editorial information.
To edit the details, display the content item in Edit mode, update the relevant information and click the SAVE CHANGES button.
Editorial content locale fields

| Title | Enter a title for the content item |
| Synopsis | Enter a summary of the content item |
| Description | Enter a description for the content item |
| Episode | Enter the title of the episode where applicable |
| Genre | Enter the genre(s) for the content item |
Editorial content non-locale specific fields
| Field | Description |

| Valid From | Enter or select the date to make the content item available |
| Valid To | Enter or select the date to withdraw the content item |
| ID | Identifier for the content item. You cannot edit this field |
| Name | Enter the name for the content item to be displayed on a node or product |
| Content Type | Select the type of content |
| Duration | Enter or select the length of the content in minutes |
| Season Number | Enter or select the season number |
| Episode Number | Enter or select the episode number |
| Year | Enter or select the year the content item was made |
| Directors | Add or remove the director(s) of the content item |
| Cast | Add or remove cast members of the content item |
| Writer | Add or remove the writer(s) of the content item |
| Producers | Add or remove the producer(s) of the content item |
| Series ref | Enter a reference for the series |
| Season ref | Enter a reference for the season |
Parental Ratings
Select the appropriate parental ratings for the content.
Geo-Filtering and Geo-Blocking
This also has to be enabled at Platform level, see Content targeting.

| Validated By On/Off Network | (Geo-Filtering only) Select whether the location is to be validated by On/Off Network. |
| ADD LOCATION GROUP | Select groups of locations to be added to enabled or restricted lists, see Assigning locations and location groups. |
| ADD LOCATIONS MANUALLY | Select individual locations to be added to location groups, see Assigning locations and location groups. |
