Identifying channels for which guest entitlements is enabled

The client application needs to be able to identify the channels for which guest entitlements is enabled so that it can indicate the fact in its UI and make available UI controls for creating a guest entitlements room for those channels.

To do this, follow the instructions in Check whether an entity supports a capability for live channels. The client application needs to check for the presence of the following in each channels' clientControls block:
