To add the first rail to a new layout, click Create Rail.
To add a new rail to an existing layout, in the Tools panel (on the right, click Add New Rail (or just if the Tools pane is collapsed).
Click and select the locale for the rail.
Give the rail a name and a title.
Optionally:
Under Default Rail Image Orientation, select the image orientation.
Use Additional Properties to add any additional properties that are required for the layout. These enable you to apply additional formatting to templates per your organisation's requirements. Note: these key/value pairs are created by the operator and are not controlled by NAGRAVISION.
In Blueprint, select a blueprint to apply predefined values to the rail.
Click Save Rail >.
In the confirmation dialog that is displayed, click Continue to save the rail.
The layout is displayed, including the empty rail that you just added. You can now add content to the rail.
Viewing rail properties
To view the details of a rail, click on the rail, then click View Rail Properties.
Editing rail properties
To edit the details of a rail:
Click on the rail and then click Edit Rail Properties.
Change the details as required.
Click Save Rail >.
In the confirmation dialog that is displayed, click Continue to save the rail.
Rearranging rails
You can change the order of the rails in a layout by dragging and dropping using the handle.
Duplicating a rail
To duplicate a rail:
Click on the rail and then click Duplicate Rail.
The duplicated rail is opened for editing. Make any required changes, then click Create Rail >.
In the confirmation dialog that is displayed, click Continue to save the rail.
Deleting rails
To delete a rail:
Click on the rail and then click Delete Rail.
In the confirmation dialog that is displayed, click Continue to delete the rail.
